Ben Burling

Founder AND MANAGING DIRECTOR

As Founder and Managing Director, Ben has twenty years experience of the asset management industry. In 2005,
at the age of 26, Ben started his first recruitment company, and in 2012 Logan Sinclair was launched to focus on distribution and investment work with a strong bias to work with sustainability and mission-led businesses. He focused on key asset management clients and their shifting business models that put strategy, product, technology and sustainability front and centre of their toolset and objectives. Ben’s interests and experience places him at the vanguard of an ever-changing asset management landscape. Ben is personally interested in why people do the work they do, the difference between generally accepted perceptions and what actual data shows,
the story behind the story and the people that are not (yet) in the spotlight.
